Call for Papers Issue 15
Regions ezine, with the theme of ‘Regional Development at a Time of Uncertainties’, is calling for papers for our Issue 15 with the sub-theme of ‘Global Economic Uncertainties and the Challenges for Structurally Weak Regions.’ We are interested in articles examining the impact of technology and automation, globalisation and international trade, climate change and environmental degradation, government policies, social entrepreneurship and impact investing, financial inclusion and geopolitical change on regional economic disparities, particularly in structurally weak regions. We also aim to feature policy-focus articles on how these factors exacerbate disparities in structurally weak regions and how they can be addressed to promote economic development and social justice amidst global economic uncertainties. We are also interested in featuring in Issue 15 original articles on the potential of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) to boost Africa’s trade and strategic position.
